Dark, potent and concentrated, this unusually bold wine pushes fruit flavors and tannins to the limit without going over the edge. It has gorgeous, dark-fruit aromas and flavors from blueberry to blackberry, while dark chocolate washes over the palate in waves. Layers of fine-grained tannins keep the palate anticipating that next bite of barbecue or lamb chop.

Founded in 2008 by Harmon and Joanne Brown, Aril wines is a family-owned and operated vineyard specializing in premium hand-crafted Syrah. The wines are in the Rhone style and recall the grape’s classic lineage as the wine of Provence, enjoyed by French kings. Aril also produces a limited amount of Cabernet Sauvignon rich in the Napa Valley tradition from our estate on Pritchard Hill.
